OK I have seen some people including my slef eithe painting their headlights or taping them to make eyebrows. Well here is a better way to do it.

Things you will need:
GTS black out or clear light coers
razor knife (SHARP)
masking tape
black permanent marker
paint (optional) but needed for the clear covers

1) take them out and decide on the pattern you want to use (how you want them to look)

2) Tape off the cover in the design you want

3) use the Black marker to trace out your line (this way you don't have to try to follow the tape and worry about going off line)

4) peel the tape off and using the razor knife trace the line once to get your cut started

5) Cut again pressing harder this time with the razor knife

You will continue step 5 till you are through and then you will need to sand the edges smooth and paint them. you can also use a dremel tool i have heard.

cliffnotes for weezo: buy a set of full headlight covers and cut off the top edges with a razor and install them like eyebrows.
