you should make 25 of them and sell them at 20 a piece make some change off of that shit lol looks really good compared to the DIY one i made. mine is more like, "f it, it blocks the port and you never see it" kinda thing lol are you gonna just bolt your EGR valve back on top of it and leave it plugged in so your dont throw a CEL? thats what i did, works fine...no CEL

at 20 bucks a piece and it take me 30 minutes = $40/hr for mass production. i make 50 an hour doing maintainence work.
this was for a h22 swapped coupe that runs a P28 so we dont need EGR. ive made plates that go under the egr valve, my project and my DD run egr block off plates,

thats my stage one egr block off, to still retain the stock egr. this one was for dany0 and hes going to run that p28 which completely eliminates egr.
we run egr block off plates because California emissions is a bunch of fucking bullshit, just like the rest of this fucking place.

also are you looking to retain the egr valve so you can eliminate the code or do you have an aftermarket ecu that will handle the absence of an egr setup?

the only bum thing is that you'll have to find shorter bolts for the air boost, i screwed up on the thickness of it but oh well. it was my prototype.

air boost is on the side, IACV and FITV are on the front. that picture is from today, i already made them both.

He's thinking a6 vs h23, h23 has a front air boost, front eacv, fitv is under the TB
a6 has like you said, front fitv, eacv, side air boost
wed3k

it fits both nonetheless, i just put it on a h23 plenum./

i made myself a set of plates for my h23 intake manifold and i am really happy with them. i just need to get a tune so i can use the IACV block-off plate without my car sounding like crap or zip-tying the part out of the way. here is the finished product:

If you got the jdm plenum, it comes with the OEM block-off for the boost valve. But if usdm, the boost-valves are all the same between the F/H series so it'll work.

i made one out of a piece of sheet metal, bolted it down and started up the car. It didnt work out too well, I had a big vacum leak. I just connected back the egr till i come up with a better plan.
Heres a quick question, there is a hose that connect to the top of the egr that run across the motor to-top of the fuel rail. What do you guys do with that hose? Also that circuilar think that the hose connects to (on the driverside), what the prupose of it?

are you talking about the round thing bolted to the fuel rail? that is the fuel pressure regulator.
as for the sheet metal block-off, it would only work if you bolted the EGR back on top of it, otherwise you'd need something thicker, like aluminum plate. also, dont forget to seal it with some instant-gasket sealer.

i just copy them from an egr gasket.

No, theres a rubber hose that connects to the top of the egr, that hose turns into a hard line that runs on-top of the fuel rail, then on the driverside it connects to a little cylinderical (sp?) looking thing.
