Sounds like a rip off of skunk2. OBX's products are basically chinese copies of popular parts.
They aren't going to be the same quality of the expensive stuff since I would bet they cost half of the brand name but they will give you the same results if they are indeed the same specs. Just don't know how durable they'd be.

I don't cheap out on my internals, to much to lose. I own those $700 dollars cams and they're worth every penny. They're not just some crappy regrinds they are brand new custom cams.

Good point, and sorry to interupt your thead, but what if there isnt currently a decent set of cams made for your engine, then really the best option is regrinds, or welded regrinds, right?

It depends on what you are tring to do. If you can accomplish the lift, duration, valve overlap (for SOHC) and etc. you are looking for with a regrind then good but if not you'll need a rewelded regrind. Webcams does some good rewelded regrinds.

definetly do not get those cams, its not worth the risk. if they snap, youll end up replacing more than just the cams.

and that's not the worst that could happen etheir. if any metal chunks from the cams gets loose in the motor you'll be replaceing more then just the head components... try a whole new used engine. not worth the risk at all.

yes indeed i wouldnt do it im not hating on the fact that you love the cams but you know the sayin when you pop open the motor and start puttin shit in it its no longer reliable and anything can snap aftermarket or not

i agree on that! im doin research bout the cams , but no one apparently wants to be the guinea pig
anyway talking bout regrind cams i think the Gude-Performance ones are kind of good and the head set -up they offer has a nice Price$$$$ the only thing i dont like bout'em are thata the lift of the exhaust is the same as the intake :idiots: anyway $1600 the complete head intake manifold etc P&P valves cams sounds good and they say it dyno proven gives u 20whp or more
