wondering if the 90-91 JDM foglights will fit into a 92-93 bumper. i know the bumper will need cutting and trimming, but is everything along with the foglights ( wiring, and whatever else was already taking up that area ) going to fit...if so does anyone know the wiring differences, i am asking because when i got my JDM headlights i had to rewire the headlights to work with the H1 and H4 bulbs rather than 9005 and 9006...any info would be great.

clarification... you can "ghetto-rig" them in:D
But yes, BustedLX is right. It is conceivable to put them on the 92 bumper but it will not good due to the different contours of the 90-91 fogs.

You can still get the button from the 5G OE headlights from Honda... The 4G button is discontinued, but the 5G fits and works the same.

Your OEM 92/93 bumper cover has a dotted line on the inside of where to cut to install the fogs. The fogs have a bracket that bolts to the inside of the cover and there is a garnish kit that goes on the outside that covers the imperfections from where you cut.

as long as you get the fogs for the year of the bumper. make sure to get the mounting brackets, hopefully in good condition, and possibly the bulbs. they are a H3-C and farely rare here in the states. if you need to find the bulbs go to the Lexus dealership they use the H3-C in their fogs as well. i think they are about $10-15 a piece. or there's PIAA bulbs they are about $100 but prolly look much better cuz they are HID look. just went through the install process. if you are still looking check www.Jhotexports.com
