Depends what you want to spend. Lovefab used to be real cheap and include shipping in all their prices but now manifolds that where $225 shipped are like 299+shipping. Still good quality though. The one you would want is a log manifold so it's not very efficient.

If you can afford a nice Tubular manifold SFP makes a great one for $450 that will let you retain A/C. If you have a hook-up threw a shop you may be able to get it cheaper since SFP gives discounts to shops that buy products from them.
