The projector bulb set up sucks. I sold my projectors today to a 91 Accord owner. I have the real JDM headlights and I love them more than anything else on the car. They add much more style and better looks to the car than the projectors do. I hated my projectors, for which the reason I sold them.

Rosewood Brown...So thats what its called! Yea I have decided on my color for a LONG time, and have yet to see it on a 4th gen. or even anything close to it, and for that reason I will keep the color to myself...the only probs i've had with the headlights is the H3 fog bulbs dont work that great in the headlamps, but if you hook up some H4 and or 7's you be set, just get them aligned good! Also I dont like the JDM heads, just my opinion, so thats why I got the one-peice projectors. O my sig...I was bored the other night and photoshoped a few pics together, I'll put you together one if you send me some pics.--Jay

Anybody ever heard of Tiger hair fiberglass, for molding kits, i forget where i first heard about it,
supposedly a flexible molding substance for molding bodykits into the car.
just curious i guess,seems cool

The tiger hair or kitty hair fiberglass is nothing more than fiberglass mate cut up and mixed with resin-all you do is mix the hardener. If you see it in a can it looks kinda like something that a cats fur-ball. I got some pics where I put it on my skirts, I'll put them up when I find them. Also the tiger-kitty hair is fibers inside of a polyester resin so when it hardens, it can crack. Although you can mix it up where it has a little flex to it, but really its not going to flex enough to keep something from cracking.

i dont know about that... im sure filling the holes would look better than having the holes there... but i think the car wouldnt look that good w/ just big long dents where mouldings should be. if u pull off the mouldings, i personally think that u should shave the whole channel. but thats just my opinion, take it however u want.

Leave the moldings on, just get them painted along with the rest of the car, a good body shop will know how to prep them properly so that the paint will be just as "glossy" as the rest of the car and won't crack or peel.

hummm....I always thought that your tails and trunk lid were photoshopped, and you planned on getting that done....guess not. I think you should leave the plate holder, shave the inners and fill in all the lines on the trunk, a buddy of mine did that on his and it looks sweet. But dont shave the inners and plate together, I dont think it looks good.

hey zoom,i have seen them with painted moldings,wich looks good,i have seen them with the moldings takin off and the holes left there and painted wich looks great as well but eventually the inside of the doors/body will rust,and finally i have seen the moldings takin of and people around here cut sheet metal to fit in the molinds line and they weld that in and bondo the rest wich i like the best,but hey whatever way you go will look good.

I had two sets of tails and sold those ones so I have no other pics, but I coated the light about 4-5 times(til it was as dark as i wanted) then about 6-7 clearcoats.. I got the paint from an art store-I Believe it was Michaels*

Thanks Alot, the main reason I got rid of the kit was because it was just too much of a hassle for me and dint really permit me to drive all the places I wanted to..at the height that I wanted it..
By the way if anyone wants to buy the wheels & tires in the pics they are up for sale, make an offer and id prefer someone from the area, have about 400 miles on them and have only had for 5 months and for 4 of them I was overseas..:D

Did you also get the lines around the tag filled in? Looks good though...but one question, why didnt you have them paint the side moldings...? If you ever decide on getting that done, I suggest gettin that new improved grille sprayed too. But its still lookin hot man, either way.

but i have the sides, just need to make a trip to the honda dealership and pick up the clips for the sideskirts and the front bumper,

as soon as i get this electrical prob fixed, i have off mon-tue-wed, so maybe i can work something out for the sides and eventually get them on as well

nah im just kidding, with the new paint job in direct sun it becomes a very very light rosewood(which technically is pink:oops: ) anyways, then in shade it looks dark....

check how the paint darkens towards the back in this pic

and actually the only time it had been re-painted was cause both quarter panels had been hit, thank god.. saving me time and money in the rust repair that was forming . yeah the paint job isnt the best, but he stayed in the lines and it was just something to get my car from being 3 different colors..lol
