I'm looking at a VERY SIMPLE turbo setup for the stock F22A, 5 psi non-intercooled. Am I right in thinking I could possibly pull off an extra 30 whp with this kind of setup? That's at a conservative 6 whp per pound of boost. Here is my "required" list so far, am I missing anything?
[1] exhaust manifold
[2] turbo
[3] wastegate
[4] BOV
[5] piping and oil/coolant lines
[6] missing link
[7] FMU, fuel pump, and additional injector
[8] boost gauge

That's alot of work and money for a measly 30whp...get an intercooler, bump the boost up to 7-9 psi and smile. :)

U also gona need something to control those larger injector, like an Apexi SAFC, so u don't run super rich and kill your catalic converter.
Here is the kit I bought from TSI Superior Turbo Kits 6-7psi, staring at $1350 shipped

if u dont have emissions to pass which i dont since ur in GA and its so close to FL and we dont so..
u dont need the cat.. and since u will be running boost it will free up power.
get that
TSI superior turbo kit
SAFC
450cc injectors
a log style manifold from a rev hard kit
jcwhitney 180degree pipes
turbo timer
boost gauge
manual boost controller
tyrus intercooler
now i know u want non intercooled but the heat reall takes away power...
non intercooled at 6psi ud maybe make 35hp and intercooled at a high psi say 7-8psi ud make 10hp-15hp more because ur running cooler air. and its not ALOT more expensive to have a lil piece of mind.
tsi kit on there shipped is 1,600
safc=220
450cc injectors used=50
log style manifold-250
jcwhitney bends bout 5=75
turbo timer-85 from apexi
boost gauge is about 30-50bucks
manual boost controller=30-50bucks on ebay from XS
tyrus intercooler=225
u should be able to get away with that..
bout 2,000 and some change if u know were to look
by the way
low psi on a 22 is a yawn.. lol
seriously
there not some dinky D series
8psi is reasonable if u tune it good enough..

missing downpipe, vaccum lines, and the s-afc as said by blazen_accord.
and blazen_accord what kind of ecu upgrade did the superior kit come with? piggyback type or chipped?

This kit only come with an 10:1 FMU and a preprogram maps black box. so it like a chiped...
The next stage kit, would include 2 extra injector, a throttle body spacer where the injector would mount and a injector control box and an 6:1 FMU..
It term of ecu management it really basic and it work fine for up to 8psi. but to extract more power then just 30HP at the wheel you will need to tune it with an SAFC or an hondata. I'm poor so I stay with the SAFC and try to get it tune for 10spi...

yea your missin a down pipe and vacuum lines... BOV, fuel pump, another injector and safc are not needed to get a turbo working... so without those it would be very basic... if you do eventually want to go further... i would suggest:
bov
fmic
oil cooler
hondata
bigger injectors
egt gauge
fuel pump
and lots of tuning

T-25 is way too small for our accord's. u're going to need something bigger, unless the BB T-25 is bigger than the DSM T-25.
here's what i would recommend:
DSM Turbo Manifold with redrilled holes
1st Gen DSM 14b turbo (bigger than t-25)
DSM 450cc Bluetop injectors
DSM SMIC
SMC500 works just like a SAFC but at 500rpm intervals and cheaper
DSM BOV cheap and works great
NGK BKR6E for 1 step colder (5-8psi)
NGK BKR7E for 2 step colder (8+psi)
MSD BTM to retard timing 1 degree, or u're gonna blow your engine (trust me on this)
Custom downpipe
Custom IC piping
I worked it out and it should cost less than $1k to piece this together. I had already bought everything except for downpipe, IC piping and MSD BTM for about $450, u just need to know where to find the parts. DSMtrader.com honda-tech homemadeturbo, etc.....

T25 should work fine for lower boost.
