Im home for the summer and got a week before i start work and wanted to give my car a great detailing job. I have a couple coats of wax on it right now and was wondering how to get them off so i can remove the little swirl marks and water spots. Looking for something easy to use and not harmful to my paint to remove the wax. Anyone know something that works?

if u are using a buffer to remove the swirls, u can easilly use mequiars #9 swirl remover which will remove old wax and level the swirls/hide.

sometimes i just get a 50% alcahol mix and spray a mist on the car and wipe right away. it gets the wax out nicely but not killing your paint.

you can use dawn soap but i would rather use alcahol or just mequiars...i think it hurts when it hits rubbers.
