My car is going in for paint in the spring (i can't stand the sight of those black bumpers anymore) anyway i'm getting the whole car re-sprayed the OEM color. I'm getting the bumpers, mirrors, door handles all painted too. now i was told from a guy who used to do body work that if i painted my side moldings it would just flake off and look like ass. he said it was the type of plastic they are made of. anybody have any thoughts on this or problems with this?
