18" RacingHarts or Tenzo's (18s)

I wanting to some 18's, either TenzoR Passion 5's or some kind of Racing Harts, does anyone know a good cheap place to buy them? Any opinions? Jay

both are very nice,
but id prefer the harts
only b/c im not sure where your going with color, etc. but
either way that lip would look good .. real good, u goin 18 or 19? lol
or 18f/19back?

not sure you can really find racing harts cheap :cry: velox and konig (decent wheelmakers) aren't necessarily in the same category.
