What do i do if i wanna put n2o on my auto so i dont blow the tranny. i really wouldnt like to wait till final gear to spray....is that even true? :confused:

nah...i used to spray as soon as i stepped on it...i didnt even let go of the button at all since the tranny does the shifting

seriously... do u have a kit already? get a ZEX kit if u don`t because it works off of a TPS sensor so once u arm it and hit full throttle it will spray... what i used to do was hammer it in first off the line then at 2k i would arm it and the light would switch on and start spraying by 3k and that is the perfect time cause the crank has already rotated its weighted and there isn`t much of a load yet... then also, i learned to spray through shifts cause when u barely let off the nitrous to shift then hammer it into the next gear it is harder on the tranny than spraying through the shift.. and it makes mad 2nd gear chirps... well screetches on the 75 shot...

so shiftin at full throttle is better than lettin off and rehammering?

Im running 55shot right now..
Its a zex dry kit...but im not running it off the TPS...i have a button.
For you guys that dont want to spary in between gears with the TPS you can get an MSD window switch which closes the solenoid at a certain rpm..then activiates it at a certain rpm also...so you can set it at 3k to 6.2k and not worry about sparying through shifts or sparying at too low of an RPM.

So when i spray i should spray early like at 3k and let off before the tranny shifts and then hammer it again. i just dont wanna blow the tranny?BTW...since im runnin a JDM single camVTEC and my VTEC pops at 3.5k(since its a chipped E-VTEC motor) it doesnt matter when i juice it or what? trying to learn guys THANX :help:
