does anyone have or know anyone with eibach ers coilover spings?

Most people use the Eibach ERS springs with the ground control kit. You can order them through Ground Control and they will have someone take your order and ask you questions to get the best spring rates for your car.

If you plan to autox, u'll need some high spring rates like 400+ in the front and rear. if u dont autox, then i'd suggest spring rates in the 300's. goodluck!!!

btw, u're going to need koni yellows to contain these spring rates.

this is my situation. i have a set of generic coilover sleeves and a set of eibach ers coilover springs. im going to be buying some illuminas to complete my suspension setup. im just trying to double check my parts so thati wont be disapointed when im done and i thought maybe you guys could help out. the numbers on the eibach box are 0700.250.0450. free length=7.00/ inside diameter= 2.50in/ rate= 450 lbs-in. so from what you are saying it sounds like it might be a rough ride but i thought since i was buying the adjustables i would have more room to play with?

i think accords need 8" height, but im not sure. 450's should be fine i suppose, but u will have a bouncy ride.

illuminas will be fine, but your suspension will be very stiff, and will be bouncy on the streets. to not have a bouncy ride, u need softer springs.

he said it rode great with illuminas, i just wanted to double check my situation. ill let you know how it goes! ill probally order them today. oh yea why were you recomending yellows?
