How do you remove the Console/dash

i was just wondering if anyone knows how to remove the console covering and the dash check this guys accord out on cardomain...he's done it and it looks tyte http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/396580/2 props to this guy on a great custom mod...simpke and easy...if you can get the dash/console off

theres a bunch of hidden screws. off my head theres one under ciggerrette lighter, theres one under ashtray, under coin tray, uhhh u must remove the vents and theres some screws there. theres some top of stereo. Then u gotto use a screw driver and be carefull poppin it out, nothin to it, just involes a lot of time.
