Is there a easier way to install light bulbs?

Does anyone know of a easier way to get the caps off the headlights to install new light bulbs.

once u keep doing it hella times it gets easier and taking it off is alot easier. lol i can never take off my high beams though..shit is stuck haha

aight. when you're trying to turn the ring, make sure, with your other hand, twist the light bulb and ring in opposite directions. apply even force. You can also try some big pliers and get some grip and/or even a screw driver. take it easy.
