A friend of mine suggested that they might fit on my CB7... It would be a cool, yet subtle (and original) way of marking my car... rather than getting a VTEC badge for the back! I finally got a look at one yesterday, and I think it may just work. Does anyone know for sure? And if so, does anyone know anyplace online where I could order something like that (like www.hondaautomotiveparts.com)

i think thier side molding is a little thiner than ours so it wouldnt look right. I know my friend had a DA and he had the dohc on his molding but they where alittle sleeker but i doubt the will fit.

i think its a good idea but how bout just file urs down with a dremel or something then paint the moldings?

I just want the little DOHC piece :D I'll keep the rest as-is... I wish I could pull up next to an integra with those moldings so i could compare...

Why not be a pimp and get the 1992-1993 GS-R's side moldings that say "Vtec". I also don't beleive they'll fit as they're longer and thinner.

Thanks! That's pretty much what I was looking for... if I'm looking at the right thing, the piece i want is like $35 a side! Junkyard it is!

You guys are probably right about it not fitting, but it's worth a shot. I just need to pull up to a teg with those moldings again!

Wish I saw this thread earlier! Haha I had the same idea as you! I picked those DOHC moldings off an old integra at a Pic n' Pull yard close by my house. I was thinking of doing a custom job of puting these on my side moldings (the short molding on the fender....but the integra moldings are a just a tinsy bit wider plus a tinsy bit longer too! Believe me, it would fit...but you need to heavily modify it....but on the downside it is a bit wider so it'll look off compared to your stock moldings. I was thinking about shaving it on the longest side....but I have no intentions on doing anything custom with them right now + it wouldn't make sense anyways since I don't have a DOHC motor under the hood yet. Costed me $5 bucks big deal.....

Well, I haven't tried it yet, so I'm glad you replied! Seems like it's not an original idea afterall... (it wasn't with me either, since my buddy Will was the one to suggest it.)

So, with heavy modification, it might actually work, you're saying?
It might be worth $5 or so to play around with, if that's all it's gonna cost me at a junk yard.
