My kid sister had her cb7 parked in the street during the day and someone backed into it at some point, and then took off. They nailed the front driver side fender. Is there any way that this pannel can be removed? If so, could anyone direct me to some place that may have some how to's?
Thanks

Pop the hood, theres 3 or 4 bolts that are right under where the edge of the hood sits. Undo all the plastic screws from underneath (in the fenderwell, about 8 of them). Then open your door and 2 bolts you have to undo, one top and another at the bottom. Then take off your side skirt then theres two more bolts behind there. Then take the front bumper off, and you'll see another bolt or two where the headlights are (under the corner light I think),you might have to take the headlight off to get to it (or you have to take the fender off to get the headlight off, I dont remember which way it is). Then that should be all the bolts, then carefullly side it up and out towards the front of the car.

Yeah, just what he said. A little help, since it was a PIA for me, the side skirt must be unsrewed from all the little plastic screws on teh bottom, and then you slide it forward i think and it will come off. I ended up breaking like half of the tabs trying to get that thing off.

Heres a couple better pics for ya, hope this helps, ohh yea, now after looking back at the pics, I dont think you have to remove the headlight, but if you do its only a few bolts. The circles represent where the bolts are.

Whats the best way to get at the bolts infront of the door. There isn't a whole lot of room and I don't want to scratch anything. Also any advice offered for when mounting fiberglass fenders.

They make a special tool...wrench. Just play with it, open and close the door to give enough room, or if you have the right size sockets and extentions you might be able to get to them from outside the car, with the door opened of course.
Fiberglass...dont tighten down the bolts too tight, or you could crack the glass...also their not going to fit up like the OEM ones, so be prepared to adjust and trim.
