Going 110 or 115 *VIDEO* [Archive]

Well this video has SHITTY quality because I had it on my old camera that you cant plug into the comp. SO i played it on my tv and recorded it with the new cam!.

Where: Freeway coming home from grandmas, Anacortes to Edmonds.
When: Like 2 monthes ago
What Car: Stock cb7 with 2 people in it
How Fast: 110 or 115 I can't remember or see cause this video sucks

Well after the video stops recording we almost lost control. We noticed a stop light coming up pretty quickly. It was wet, and he started putting on the brakes, and you can start to feel the car get loose, I guess you can call it loose I can't describe it that well. It feels likes it going to start to slide, but we got it back under control and downshifting helped out the situation.

What you felt most likely was the cars momentum thrusting foward and overwhelming that amazing (ha) stock suspention, and thus the tires. As all that load transfered to the front (and it would transfer alot because you did not have stiffer springs or struts) and the load hits the front tires and they cannot keep up.
Don't be foolish like that again; next time give yourself ample time to stop and THEN some room for error.

Lol yeah that could explain the feeling, i feel like a dumbass :thumbsup: . And that damn light snuck up on us :thumbsdwn .

I just watched that vid and its kinda...grainy. :P And did you say it was raining? Cause I thought I saw your wipers?
Whew man! Please don't take me the wrong way but boy I don't think I would have done that. I just don't want any of us getting hurt. :D
