Yeah, SC is considered Nor-Cal despite being about as centered as you can get in CA... but instead of hating on the So-Calis, we spend most of our time hating on people coming over the hill from San Jose and "the City" (aka San Francisco).

Dude the car scene in the Cruz area is dismal. Only performance minded cars I see are Porches and M3's. It sucks...
