are you looking for a stock lip for a 93, an aftermarket lip, or a lip kit?
a stock lip: your local honda dealer, salvage/junkyard... not sure of where online.
aftermarket lip: 5gen lips fit with some modification (some require more modification than others)
www.ebay.com www.aerotrends.com www.importfan.com www.nopionline.com
lip kit: www.ebay.com www.aerotrends.com www.importfan.com
i'm sure some of the other guys and gals (are there any here yet?) know of some more places than i do.

uncle_el pretty much covered it... you either can get the Mugen style lip (the one I have) or the GReddy lip... both are for 5th gens or newer and require some kind of modification in order for them to fit our accords. Preferably, you should target 94-95 thru 96-97 aftermarket lips to fit our accord.

Agreed, ebay is your best bet to grab the Mugen look alike. Mine was from ebay as well as accordtunerx's lip.

To be honest with you, it's very rudamentary once you actually get the lip and observe what things need to be lined up to. Certain holes have to be drilled out; a couple of attachement tabs need to be removed and about 1 inch or more needs to be hacked then sanded down from either side. My biggest tip for you is to get someone to help because the lip tends to get cumbersome especially when you are starting to line things up properly... all this may sound a little daunting but if you are efficient and have help; you'll have the lip attached in less than an hour and a half. Also putting the car on jack stands helps.

thanks for the advice.
now i just had a few more questions?
1)which company/maker of the amber lights did you go with?
I want to know manily because I did not find a set of AMBER turn signals beside stock. I want my amber corner lens to match up in color shade with the bumber lights.
2)is your bumber light OEM or aftermarket darker amber?
because it looks super clear in depth.

this is from another forum, thought it might help
The 5th Gen Lips are too long on the sides so those need to be cut so it will be flush wit the fender. Use a dremel and thug it out...dont forget to re-attatch the end cap so it doesnt look *** from behind.
As for making it contour our bumpers, that takes hell of a lot of bending, dont be afraid to break it or else your not gonna get anywhere with it..
Some of the screw holes line up, so do as many as you can that way, if not drill through the lip into the bottom of your stock bumper, i recommend taking off your stock bumper and flipping it upside down to get a better view of it...you can use various screws, liquid nails and some good ole fashion 3M red tape
That is basically it.....in a nutshell: Cut Sides, Bend, Install doesnt take a genius to figure that out...yet some of you dont like to search....
This ^ Applys for most lips, be warned that fiberglass lips do exist and will crack if to heavily bent...so i suggest getting urathane..or half urathane/abs plastic
Good Luck with your installs...Please dont cramp my style cuz i kno i am a unique 4g as of this moment
A Special Write Up From Jason to Me to install the 96-97 Greddy: im bored. so first buy the lip. Expect to wait at least 6 months for it to come in then when you finally get it remove your front bumper. not gonna go into that here. flip it over and look at the bottom. the greddy lip has a bunch of tabs, which you would screw in to a 96-97 bumper. however we have to do some customizing. the tabs all line up with our bumper cut out's for the stock lip, but they are bigger. so you must enlarge all of the cut outs that are already there. (pretty easy to see once you have the lip and the bumper off) I used clamps to hold these on. it doesn't seem like a lot, but the tabs from the lip are also thicker than stock, so they are basically being held in already by the tight squeeze. then on the sides you can just drill a hole through the lip and you bumper and screw it on. I put two screws on each side. You also need to cut off the ends of the lip as they are about 1" longer than the stock bumper. I used a dremel tool with cutting disc. Now anyone that was planning on this and planning on taking it to a shop you now know how to do it yourself, and shouldn't waste your money at a shop

i forgot that was in there. i didn't post it, another guy did on another forum. i've got the greddy lip, but i'm waiting to get it put on... i want to do it right the 1st time, take some pimp ass pics, and then post 'em up in the members rides. hopefully i'll get a chance to get it on this weekend or next.

no problem ;)
well here it is... way too expensive if you ask me ($299). Personally, I wouldn't spend that much on something that I will have to modify to fit my car... plus I've never seen anyone use this lip on a 4th Gen, so I do not Know what the outcome is.

Dang, it's n00by (me) here...
I'm basically trying to find a worthwhile lip for my ride too. There's some cat running around this other board that has a tight lip on his ride but I don't wanna bite. I tried looking for lips for our year rides 90-93 but I can't find any. Am I stuck with having to get a 5th Gen lip and frankensteining it to my ride? Help!...

Their are not alot of lips that are going to fit our cars without some slight work to get it to fit, some takes alot more than others, depends all on what type of lip it is and how long you gonna have to work with it. without making it look too crappy.

So would any lip for the 5th Gen fit our car, like this one below for example:
http://ebay1.ipixmedia.com/abc/M28/_EBAY_ae0211a7efeb54d28f9993c3d9f24472/i-1.JPG
If so then I may just invest in one. Oh, and another question. Is there any lips for the rear of the car or am I out of luck?...

yes that lip you've shown will fit your car with the proper modifications; if fact, that is the same lip I have.

Cool, so would you recommmend me getting one? I know I have to do some afro-engineering to get it to fit but if it looks half as good as yours when I'm done then I'm sold! Oh, my other question was if there are any lips for the REAR of the car, 2 door preferably if it makes a difference. Thanks!...

I haven't seen any rear lip set-ups; the only thing I can think of is the buddy club rear.

Yeah, I don't want my car to look like a spaceship and something like you posted isn't too extreme. If you had the choice of getting anything (body style-wise) what would you do? Reason for asking is because I don't want to invest in something without some honest opinions. Thanks a million!!...

the c-wings lip DOESNT fit on 4th gens even with modification becuase it actually lips over the front of the 5th gen bumper, and wont line up good enough to the 4th gen bumper.... you could get it on but it wouldn't look good.

the pic of the white accord with the buddy club is actually the whole bumper...i had the same rear bumper before, until i got in an accident...its the same size as the stock bumper, but with a buddy club style on it...

Any idea how much that retails for off the top of your head? I like that bumper and it compliments a subtle but obvious change. Thanks!...

Probably just find a wedsite that sells the buddy club kits. I am sure you can just get the rear. I agree with Lithium92 on this one. Just go with a front lip. I do not like body kits at all, and prefer a more stock look. :boink:

don't know of any, but it doesn't mean there aren't any out there. if you like the lip, just get it. you know that a cd5/5gen lip will fit our rides. besides, why not be the 1st to put one on?! (assuming no one has done it already)
