    The way the Reff system works, is that the engine configuration had to be available in America.
    H22 and Automatic was not available in America between 92-96. Sorry, I tried to do the auto swap too....bought the engine and auto tranny. Had to convert the engine to manual, buy a manual tranny, sell auto tranny. Big hassle lol
    Also JDM ECU's are not smog legal, you need to find one that says KL-MT, or KC-MT, or KA-MT, yours says J-AT
    KL-MT is preferred because its california spec.
    USDM Manifolds dont mean anything, as long as it is stock or looks it, thats all they care. But USDM H22A1 downpipe bolts right up to the F22Ax cat, JDM H22 downpipes are bigger.
    The last note, the Engine/ECU has to be NEWER than the car.

    Hey, I noticed your bar'd sticker on your h22a. YOu think my h22a in my cb7 can be bar'd in california using my h22 auto ecu (37820-p13-J50 / 556 J-AT)? I have usdm manifold for it and usdm prelude header.
