Hey was up. I'm about to drop my motor in about in 3 or 4 days and I might have a couple questions since I never did a turbo swap before. Like where the vaccum lines go and all and how to set up the boost contoller and I'm sure a few more lol but just letting you know if you could help me out thanks.
There are two oil line on my turbo one is small and one is big the big one is on the back and small is on the front. Which one are you talking about and the small one is facing vertical to the left but I can tighten it more to make it face right
Sup man! OK cool! If your facing your engine the compressor should be facing to the right. It makes it easier to run to you front mount. It can face up -down or whatever. However this is very important: the oil passage on the turbocharger has to be vertical and in the right direction.
Hey was up. So I am putting my turbo on ill set up some pictures on here hopefully tonight. Also wanted to know which side goes the compresser side of the turbo go on left or right. And is the intake of the turbo sopposed to be facing up or down?
ight kool kool ill let you know when i start doing my head swap i should be sending my cams to bisimoto for a 1.2 regrind. dont know how you paid for the 2.4 lol thats as much as pistons and rods lol...but ill let you know cause i might have questions about what else parts i need for my block thanks.
Yeah I here u. I have a fidanza 7lbs one Nd don't have issues or loose any tq! That's forsure. Nd to tell you the truth the f22a1 block I'm using is the stock oem one that came when I bought the car. It had 289,000 miles!!!! Swapped it out for full f22B Nd now I'm back with the old block Nd new head lol. It was in near perfect condition. Worked out fine. Good luck with your build man.
