Just wondering if I could get some more info on the location of the lot ? Which lot is it that everyone meets at, would like to come out and see some cars, show off my car, get tips or some local help so I am not always trying to fix my car thru the internet

i think you if you change the wording of the warning in the beginner's forum to to say" any selling in the beginner's forum" instead of "this forum" it would be better. As it is it could give the impression to newcomers that there's no selling allowed anywhere the site.
