I have no problems getting my car to rotate. The key, I think, is the thicker rear sway bar. I use the ST Suspensions bar which is nice because it's a bolt on, although it doesn't fit very well with...

Tried running without the intake pipe, and just the intake pipe with no filter. Both had the same result, still between 0.9-0.3 inches of vacuum at WOT.

My guess is that they're essentially non-perishable except for leakage. I had a 30 lb canister of R134a I bought recently (DuPont brand) and after the seal was broken, within 6 months all of the...

I've used one of those Bissell machines and it picks up a ridiculous amount of crap out of the seat. But i know they are still dirty.

Is it a bad idea to take the seats out, shampoo and hose them...

My assumption from my data logs is that I am still pulling vacuum at full throttle - i.e. there's still some restriction in the intake. But I wasn't sure if is a good assumption.

Yes it's a H23A1...

Is it possible my throttle body is too small? It's the stock H23A1 throttle body. I'm guessing/hoping the engine should make about 190 flywheel hp if it was running correctly.

Engine never operating at WOT

I'm using a data logging program (Freelog) and the engine never operates at the lowest vacuum reading (-0.3), the last column in a typical fuel table. This is a sample picture but it's the same...

Just throwing this out there...everyone says the Konis are far and away better than the KYB AGX's (which I can't dispute, since I haven't tried them) but I am satisfied with my KYB/GC sleeve combo....

I tend to agree, unfortunately the warranty on Centric is only 90 days. Maybe I should try Powerstop instead.

If anything the pressure on the pad should be lower than stock since I have a stock...

To the OP: My dad bought a 93 DX new from the dealer. It had "dealer-installed air conditioning". So, it's definitely possible to retrofit.

Also I had a 89 CRX Si in a previous life that did not...

Usually a car needing a R134a retrofit won't have any R12 left (usually leaked out - otherwise it wouldn't need a retrofit!)

If you're fixing your own air conditioner I don't think you need any kind...

Honestly, I've had better luck with a small, high quality adjustable wrench (where it fits) even compared to a flare wrench, has less of a tendency of rounding off stuck fittings. Flare wrenches are...

Ok, I figured there was a standard rule of thumb "240cc injectors support up to 170 hp" or something. I definitely have some tuning to do on my own.
