I always use Teflon paste, tape can cause passages to get plugged.

I have had my FP manifold setup for about 9 years. The manifold is extremely well made with more than enough metal at the flange. Setup all depends on how creative you wish to get.

Not sure that I understand the question. The CB came with 6.5 inch or 6x9 rear pods. These speaker sizes are common in the market.

keep the yellow top!! The red tops die way to quick and have no shelf life, went through 2 of them in less than 3 years. Had the yellow for 3 and still holds strong.
