Its a rubber hose that your missing...it either...

Its a rubber hose that your missing...it either connects to the vacuum box or the manifold..that missing hose can cause ur engine to die since you have a vacuum leak..im guessing you failed the smog...

What if its a connector issue?
Just try to find someone with a dvom or even better an oscope. And pull a wiring diagram for the sensor.

Ac radiator??? The ac and coolant systems are completely separate. The condensor is in front of the radiator.where is the fluid coming out of? The compressor or the condensor?
