My apologies. The question was not specific enough. So I gave a generalized answer based on the fog lights alone since nothing was mentioned about the parts needed to mount them etc.

It wouldn't hurt to also look at your throttle cable tension and also inspect the throttle body for fluid movement. It also is a F22A1 automatic so I wouldn't be looking for insane throttle response...

I second this being as it MPH related and pretty specific. Every 5k or so you should always get you wheels and tire re-balanced to avoid running into this issue.
