cherry bomb or thrush both make pretty good glasspacks/resonators....but honestly they are all pretty much the same and whatever your local exhaust shop has will be just as good

well i extended the o2 wires when i swapped my a6...

well i extended the o2 wires when i swapped my a6 header, using solder and heat shrink over a year ago and still no cel or drop in performance or mpg...every car is different though

is it coming from the area around the distributer if so it could be the o-ring on the bottom of the dist assembly...if thats the prob oil will usually collect on top of the trans and would appear to...

you could always get a "glasspack" welded in...

you could always get a "glasspack" welded in behind the cat and before the muffler...it wont add very much restricion and will quiet down your exhaust note ...pretty cheap too

if the header has a o2 bung on the downpipe and you have an a1 just extend the wires to reach the new sensor bung...simple fix

the grabbing could be bad calipers...i had that happen to me..and the smoke could be from brake fluid leaking onto the rotors or pads during bleeding...the master cylinder is a good place to start...

ok...i cant help myself, here comes the spoon....an a1 ecu will run an a6, but not like it should...the a6 secondaries wont work, and it might be a little lean...just an opinion

buy a kinetic power cell...it solved the same...

buy a kinetic power cell...it solved the same problem that i had...it replaces the stock battery and you will no longer need two batteries or a cap
