If I remember correctly either the EF or DA chassis arms can work. But they will mess up the caster which is a bit harder to correct than either camber or toe.

Having just changed lower ball joints on my '04 TL I can assure you that it has cast iron knuckles, and lower control arms. The RL's have full aluminum knuckles but I don't think they would work...

I know you can adjust the valves on the bench. Only doing so usually it's somewhat close but not as exact as when you do it when the engine is assembled.

No worries man. Also just take the valve body off the rack. It's just the 2 10mm bolts that hold it on. After it's off then you can just fix it on the bench. Shouldn't take any more than 20 minutes....
