Rear upper strut bar question.

Any DIY about how to install the rear upper strut bar? (Thats the trunk one). I wanna know if you need to lift the car or you can do it with the car on the ground. :confused:

RPM gauge isn't working

As the title says, RPM gauge isn't working. How can I check it or fix it? The last alternative is buy a new one, I know it, but, I'm looking for any before that one.
