Your best bet is an SEM-branded paint out of a can with a lid. That said, it still won't work how you want it to. There are black dashes and consoles out there. That's what you want.

As for the ABS module-I just unbolted it and unplugged it, flipped it to the other side of the brace that it was mounted it so that it's now between the brace and the quarter panel. Bolt it back...

I don't know that I would change a thing. I would fix any issue with genuine Honda parts, change all fluids and drive it on Sundays. Monday through Saturday I would just stare at it in the bubble...

Those are for the hub-over-rotor style that your car already has. Unfortunately, having these parts labeled as compatible with the '98-'99 CLs has been an issue since about '98-'99.
