Headlight washers are standard on european Accords. I had one on my car.... But on the old fender.

And for the northern european Cb7 models its normal that they have heated mirrors and seat...

Definetly the Main fuel pump relay.... Take it...

Definetly the Main fuel pump relay....

Take it out and resolder all the joints and your car will start again!

You will find the relay beneath the dashboard in the left side next to the steering...
