Ya that axle is sticking pretty far out. I know on manual transmissions it should be pretty much flush. It’s either the wrong axle or it’s rusted up pretty good and you can’t slide it in all the way.

Lol its funny I also have a collection of coupe chrome trim parts in the event I acquire another dent in mine. Dent free chrome trim is hard to come by especially for a coupe.

I don't believe so, as my head as well doesn't drain and neither did the h22. I believe oil is suppose to pool there to ensure the camshaft gets some kind of oil on its lobes
