Most rotors are design with threaded holes on the face of the hat. These threaded holes are used to dislodge a rusted on rotor. Simply insert two bolts that fit the thread pitch and slowly twist one...

That sounds like a spun bearing or rod knock... Is there oil in the motor? Pull the valve cover... you might have bent or dropped a valve.

The inside of the CAI or SRI is smooth compared to the ribbed inside of the original intake tube. This does flow air much better. Is it a noticeable performance gain... nah, but it's fun to hear it...

All cars get better gas mileage when on the freeway/highway. That's just how cars work. If you are in city traffic, starting and stopping, then the acceleration is taking up...

You are exactly correct. 92-93 autos do not have the Sport mode that is on the 90-91 models. The TCU will kind of work, but it's not the correct TCU. Get yours fixed or get a new one.

Just remove intake tube. With the right sockets and extensions, it can be pulled up that way. No need to go through all that other crap.

Nope. No access through the trunk unless you cut a hole. The cover on the passenger side of the trunk is not for the fuel pump.

Just google "CB7 Fuel Pump" and look at the images. You will see that...

The TCU would not affect it in this way. If there was an issue with the TCU, it would throw the car...
