When I did mine I got the LBJ stud aligned and bolted on (loosely) FIRST, then finagled the LCA into place to bolt up the other bolts.

Any thoughts? I'd imagine the car wouldn't run well if at all with timing off by that much but I have to think the difference in timing marks on JDM vs USDM H22's is there for a reason.
