Yupp deff a good start is like what fleetw00d said. I had the same issue before & it turned out to be the pressure sensor was bad along with the sensor wire being pretty destroyed/oily.

Yes. The Solenoid looks for oil pressure & correct temperature.
So if there was not enough oil or not hot enough then it will not engage.

Well like you said you can "use" the Accord ECU...

Well like you said you can "use" the Accord ECU to start...but just wait for the
P13 before you make any other moves. The ECU is the brains & the H22 & F22
are different for sure.

"Fuel Change" if you click it, on the map fuel table it will show percentages
indicating how much change in fuel is needed.

Then get the wheels in the air & go from right to left on the steering wheel

I would think maybe if it was hotter than rubber would be more flexible
