Do what Ghost said and get a P0A ecu from a '94-'95 Accord EX which has the VTEC engine. This will run your F23A swap just fine, and not require all the things that OBDII require.

Technically it isn't that hard of a job. The problem is that usually a few of the bolts have rusted themselves into the sleeves of the bushing. Pretty much making the removal of the bolt impossible....

No the '97 CL still has the HOR instead of the ROH setup. Which makes changing the rotors are huge pain in the ass. You need to get the stuff from a '98-'99 CL.
