Yeah I see what ur saying about them still being USDM. I was meaning Japanese "made" cars/car companies. Like Honda for example. Lol I just used JDM cuz I thought it would be an easier explanation. And I've been thinking about the time requirements for a while now cuz honestly I just threw up a "better than stock" time. And I will look into the bracket racing as well. Thanks

Just keep in mind... "JDM" means "Japanese Domestic Market". A Ford Mustang that was built to be sold in Japan is "JDM". A Honda Accord built for the US market, regardless of the country of origin, is USDM.

If you want to be the leader of a team, the best way to start is to know what you're talking about, and not display your ignorance so blatantly. Otherwise, you're only going to have a team full of ricers that don't know any better. People that DO know better will just laugh and look the other way.

I know it means Japanese domestic marketplace. So I thought that since honda's are made there and "produced" here it still be considered JDM. But I guess I was wrong so now I can fix that and I'm now more informed. So thanks and I'll use that info.

It means they are SOLD there.

The Chevy Cavalier was exported to Japan to be sold as the Toyota Cavalier. Aside from some minor cosmetic changes, it was the same car we had here. The Toyota Cavalier was JDM.

It's really based on where the car was intended to be sold. The original market that it was produced for. No RHD cars are produced for sale in the US (unless they're postal vehicles...)

I'm glad to see you're actually planning on racing. I never got the point of teams that did nothing but hang out and put decals on their cars. That's not a team... that's a club. .

Crew/club/team all mean the same thing. It's just a group of individuals put together.

In my opinion, your car can be slow, but it would have to look real good. Or your car can look like shit, but its a real monster under the hood and streets. I wouldn't even put team/club/crew sticker on a car unless it had one of those 2 things at minimal.

Definition of JDM has been confused with a lot of new tuners. People buy real jdm wheels because of pride/function/supporting original companies. People buy jdm headlights/wakaba badges/bumpers/fogs/moldings because aesthetics/pride and/or because it came from japan. A person can still make a car look good without all the jdm stuff. Look at 1clean92. Everything on that car had NOTHING to do with jdm except that the car was built in japan. It got a lot of coverage online.
