      haven't seen that one yet.

try booting into safe mode and running malwarebytes. That's how i got rid of a trojan a few weeks ago when I couldn't even use IE.

Clear the computer, clear the cookies and install the norton anti-virus system on it. You may have to wipe out all the information on your computer and start over.

lmao, norton is the worst thing you can put on your computer. Causes more problems then it does fixes, ha.

If its not causing any other problems other then the message I would try a clean boot/ see if it pops up on a shut down in Safe Mode. Theres lots to try before even thinking about a format, lol.

No do NOT EVER get Norton, get AVG or Avast they even have free versions that blow Norton out of the water.

Norton is USELESS, and bogs your system down.

I only visit tube8.com and pornhub.com on those lonely night when my ex doesn't want to come over

... my sony came with free Norton but since I got it at tigerdirect they offered
a free AntiVirus (not sure of brand of top of my head) and I switched them but the pc runs fine but when I shut it off for less than a second the "he's dead Jim" screen pops up just before pc screen shuts off.

If you just got the computer from tiger, i'd just go ahead and reinstall Windows to get rid of the virus and bloatware that came preinstalled on that computer.

Nowadays Norton is excellent. A few years ago it was quite a resource hog. These past 2 years it's treated me very well.

I use AVG and malwarebytes anti-malware. Never had a virus that couldn't be removed with them.
