    thanks!!

i got 28mpg with 3 bikes up there last weekend.

the best tank, with the rack (no bikes), was just about 32mpg.

i guess i lost about 4mpg with the 3 bikes up there, but then again i was driving faster last weekend, with more traffic (less open road cruising).

That Del Sol looks awfully familiar. I met this one guy when I worked at Sears who brought a Del Sol that we talked about allot and from the sounds and looks of it.

He babies the hell out of it even told me he didn't even let his own sons drive it. If I distinctly remember...he said he did own a 92 Accord and a 98.

Tall guy with glasses..near his 50s possibly mid 50s.

I want to go out on a limb and say its probably that Del Sol pictured in your thread haha.

I wish I had a rack like yours. Or a rack in general.

the car does have some rust (a couple smaller-than-a-dime spots), the typical fender rust has been fixed ($$$) but it's coming back.

as for the rack, i got a pair of vipers on the outside and an older somthing off of my dad's old rack.

                              thanks for the comments guys!!
