Yep, I found out they make some already kinda blacked out. Got a spare from another guy on here when his was totalled.. Luckily, he had the one left that I needed. Haha.. So I blacked the other one out.

Found them in chrome and blacked out. Chrome ones were either $130 or $329 lol. Black ones were less than $100.

Nice! Plus, if you end up doing a better retrofit, the backs of the housing are deeper so you can fit more inside!

I like it, too. Excited to have finally done it. Now I just need to switch out the antenna with an S2000 fixed antenna. I never use it anyway.

Funny, I just realized my headlights were on, but none of the turn signals or anything were. Oops!

                    Blacked out trim looks great!

How's the light output with those headlights w/ HIDs?

                      Thanks!

Not as good as my friend's STI but I'm pretty happy with them. Someday I'll do a proper retrofit.

Did you just tape off and sand the trim when you painted it or did you take it all the way off?? Looks awsome by the way, it gives it a modern look

Yes, by far! The output is more crisp, as well. Doesnt look like two flashlights.. haha

I taped off the front and rear, but I pulled the sides. They weren't too hard to remove. Thanks!

Thank you! I just did some curb damage repair on the front driver's side (if you look in the "compared to" pic you can tell. Car is dirty, got about 1000 miles of dirt and rain on it.

Bump for putting almost 1000 miles on my car since monday. My job hates my car =(

On a side note, relocated the battery to the trunk, all fastened down, too.
