My brother took them to a shop like 3 or 4 years ago, but i think its some spray and they buff it out to make it shiny cause i seen others and they are dull

oh ok. im sure if you put some LEDs in then you shouldnt have to worry about the lights being so dark right?

the cops say it doesn't reflect but it does. im just gonna get some extra taillights in case i get a ticket. just switch em' then switch it back after

its a mix of clear coat and black paint...use many thin coats...lol i did mines and didnt clean them good enough and the paint reacted lol there f-ed up if you look close...oh yeah they wet sandem with 2000 after they paint them and color buffem
