ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    Windshield Washer Nozzles

For the past couple days my Accord's windshield washer fluid nozzles haven't been working. It's been negative degrees here in CT lately. Today I had to drive to school so I had to get them working (snow and highway driving). I filled the reservoir, let the car heat up and still nothing. So I unplugged the tubing right by the fender (where it mainly connects). Fluid shot out of the tubing, so I guess the pump is fine. I hooked it backed up and it worked good for a few minutes and then only sputtered, barely hitting the windshield.

Later that day I undid all the tubing and cleaned the nozzles with de-lyme and cleaner. They worked a little better, but one still doesn't function and the other one is barely adequate (however, better than originally was)

    What could the issue be?

sounds like the nozzles are still clogged. most people clean them out with a pin.
personally i would go to a junkyard or search ebay for some 6th gen nozzles. they have a much better spray pattern. fan spray instead of a dual stream.

new washer nozzles don't cost that much either....... the 6th gen ones are cheaper than 4th gen....

Just blow it off with air... it will clear the dirt that clogged in there.

Had the same issue and tried cleaning them with a pin, worked for while. Then replaced them with Acura TL washers (junkyard find), the spray pattern is flat and a little bit lower than the CBs nozzles but works fine.

                They'll work great.

Another thing, if you still have issues, try replacing the tubing or possibly even re-routing it. I found that it was getting bunched up where it bend from the fender to go across the hood.

They worked great, I had to undo the holster and move a little bit of tubing to accommodate the new nozzles, but I love them so far! Thanks for the advise everyone!
