You can do it that? would it even be worth it?
I know nothing about the K series. Ive thought they have been great for the civic/teg crowd. I like the old school D/B/F/H series.

It's just another K Series, just swap mounts/ecu and go(just slightly more complicated).....There's no replacement for displacement. K24s provide the bottom end that helps the lighter cars really shine.
