where did you connect/add the speakers to? existing speaker wiring or...? from like an amp? I don't know too much about audio work yet, but this is something I'd like to try!

Thanks. I still have them installed. I now hide the crossovers and wires and the rug is now black. Still love them

Ya, I still run these. They are hooked up to their own amp and work great. You get use to it kind of, I put my foot on a certain part of the clutch. Lately I've been trying to find the black low profile coverings that came with them. I think I threw them out though.
