Good Brand of Shocks and Springs

I need to change my springs but thought might as well change my oem shock as well. does anyone know where I can get a good decent set of shock and springs? or what brands I should look for? Thanks

What characteristics are you looking for? Different springs give different ride qualities and ride heights.
I can suggest spring choices based on what characteristics you want, so let us know.

The best shocks we can get for our cars come from Bilstein and Koni. Barely acceptable for drops are KYB shocks, but for the price, I'd instead go for a set of Koni shocks.
If you're looking for shocks with damping adjustability, Koni Sport (yellow) shocks are your best bet, but they are very expensive ($125/corner). If adjustability is not a concern, Koni STR.T shocks (orange) are budget-minded, stiffer than OEM shocks, and can handle any drop. I have Koni SRT.T shocks on my car, and they are definitely well-designed. They run about $60 per corner.

Here is a link for Koni/Neuspeed parts:

Many will also extol shocks from Tokico. I don't have any personal experience with these shocks, so I'll let another member talk about that brand.

The following link should help you for spring and shock choice:
