    I always thought that they were hard to see in the daytime which is true with the egay ones they sell now. I was shocked to see that these kinds of corners were actually being sold online. I use to charge people $40 back in the day to clear their corners and $100 to make a pair of clear bottom bumper lights with core swap.

      I did this same DIY to my CB7 2 years ago. I liked it, but I did a horrible job of gluing them together.

        i mean it's a NO brainer i just thought i'd make a DIY to help people out

        and yeah i would use sealant silicone or something similar!

        and those look like EBAY Clear Corners!

        and your paying $15-$25+ for em? i think it's a rip off!

              so i bought some ambers!

                so the orange part just comes off?
                wat do u use to glue da lights back together?
                and how do the lights look when u unscrew em dont they have that black seal around em' so how do i keep that in tact.

                  They actually look pretty much like Any Clear Ebay Corners!

                  and yeah you gotta kinda pry the reflector part out with a small screwdriver or something

                  but being carefull not to scratch your corner or w/e

                  and theres 1 screw in the back of it. where that little air breather plastic thing is you can unscrew that and it will come out easier!

                  and you can use sealant silicone or any household Clear Silicone!

                  it's pretty straight foward!

                    ok so i take it apart and pry off the orange reflector peice but also remove screw that will help then to get the glass and the backing back together i use clear silicone ok got ya
                    so know worries on the weather type stripping around da lights?

                      plus there only OEM

                      you were probally thinking of buying those 15 dollar ebay ones

                      now you can pretty much have em for free =]

                      and if you fuck up it's not a BIG MONEY part you know =]

                      but you should be fine =] just take your time

                          i wouldn't paint the reflector cuz then it would totally block your light output

                          you could paint the HOUSING! amber or black =]

                          but i wouldn't paint the reflector
