    Bad Day for my CB

while drivin along 95 south approaching the Cross Bronx Expressway last friday morning, this happened

luck was against me and on my side at the same time

tractor trailer driver did not follow proper reporting procedures at his job about the accident AND the police never showed up to make a report

the trucking company was informed that i am currently not working due to a left shoulder injury and that i am currently on workers comp for it ( had surgery back in january

they made the decision to pay to have the car fixed and something on the side for me to "just walk away" ( i was pleased with it)

    as of tonight

all that is left to fix (the b pillar was not damaged)

even the interior door panel was the same color and actually in better shape than mine

Uhh you kinda messed up there bud. Did you get a sign-off on that accident yet legally stating that the company was at fault and that they were liable and assessing the damages to not have you liable or at fault on your behalf. I'm not trying to tell you what to do but me as a business owner its always best to tread with caution and protect yourself.

I've seen situations where people will pay and then file the report stating that they left the scene and then suing the insurance company and having them assess the damages. If I were you take the money that's left over and get a dashcam.

Nice. Looks perfect. I just noticed we have the same base model and that's exactly where my cb was hit about 12 years ago.
......father in law has it back again. Time to shine
