Current status of the car, sitting in the garage for now. My brother in law and sister moved up from Colorado and until they find their own place they have all their stuff in the garage taking up most of the space so I have little to no room to work. Additionally we just had our driveway redone so I had to wait a minimum of 2 weeks before we could park on there again so pushing out my car to get a lift in was not possible. Head and Intake Mani are being ported and polished right now. All the other parts just got in last week so i'm just waiting to take out the block then I'll start working on it again.

Glad to see you still have it and are still working on the car. At least there is progress being made and we get to see your future updates!

Some of your old pictures aren't working? I was trying to look at your comparison picture from a few posts ago.

What I want to know is what concrete takes two weeks to cure? Even the most basic class B concrete should cure out and be driveable in a week.

I would ask your contractor what their 7-day breaks are. If they say they didn't take cylinders, then ask them how they plan to raise issue with the batch plant if there are cracks to develop in the immediate future.
My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

We actually went with blacktop. I wanted concrete but mom made the decision and I got no say lol. The reason why they said 2 weeks was because when we got it down we had like 3-4 days of rainy cool days so just in case for safe measure give it 2 weeks. Doesn't really bother me as I had to wait for my parts to get in regardless.

^nice! Really looking forward to what's in store What transmission do you have? You ditched the koni/gc setup because it was too soft? Were there any other reasons why you sold them?

Currently just running the M2F4 transmission, 3rd gear is starting to go out so another plan is to get new gears and possible a new final drive as well and maybe add LSD. The reason i went with F&F is cause the GC springs were going bad and two of the koni yellows blew. I bought them used and when I contacted Koni they wanted an original receipt to warranty them and the original owner didn't get me one :'(

^Ah yes that tranny with the shortest 5th gear known to man haha! Do you think you'd do another 4.266 fd or go w/ something shorter like a 4.64? Well those koni/gc's had seen some better days! Keep up the great work you're doing Oh, also, if for some reason your M2F4 turns into a money pit, look into a T2W4
