as long as the grill and the headlights are from a 92-93, then no

might need to either shave the 90 bumper support bar, or install the bumper support bar from a 92-93:

headlights and grill should be fine.

yea i found out the hard way.. when i tried to install the 92 93 on a 90 91 front bumper support.. the 90 91 is bumper support somewhat fatter and the 92 93.. so i had to go buy one..but if you put it side by side.. they look the same..

please do also i was told that you can switch the thin 92-93 trim onto a 90-91 will that still look like it was meant to be there or is the indent in the door bigger also

me and dustin had no problems putting the 92-93 bumper on the 90-91 support... should just go on the same... only problem you MIGHT run into is the 92-93 bumper has a lip on the top between the headlights, dont know if the 90-91 grill will fit over it or not?

hmm yea i found it weird that the 92-93 front bumper barely fit on a tight snug on the 92-93 FBS(front bumper support).. when i tried putting the 92-93 bumper on the 90-91 FBS it felt almost impossible.. so i called 2 junkyards and a dealer..they all said that the fbs for 90-91 vs 92-93 is different..

thats odd...i have a 90 and when i did my 92-93 bumper swap i didnt have the FBS fitment problem...who knows tho. i had 90-91 headlights till i scored jdm 92-93 one piece heads. i fixed the grille fotment problem by enlarging the holes where u screw the grille onto the lights and slid it out, thenit fit out over that lip rather than sit on top of it.
heres an older pic of it when it was first done with the grille slid forward just over the lip

Nothing that a day at the j-yard won't fix. Everything's interchangible if you know what you're doing.
