It was deleted Because that is not in anyway a technical/performance question.

Also I wouldn't advise making a new thread about the same thing if your last one was closed/deleted.

How do worthless posts help the OP?

Also the fact that you don't even bother to read the rules clearly shows that you don't care.

I do care. But i was just wondering why it was such a large issue amongst the site. Its a learning process and now i know why. So thank you bro =] And I know it takes a little time to get everything down but i will get there. Thank you for your help. And i understand posts like "whats good??" and "wheres a good place to eat??" are irrelevant to the site but are they not questions that need answers too? I but i also understand your view point, you have people to talk to, websites to run, and limited bandwith and i know these posts dont help the moderator side, but you gotta see it from both sides of the page. And then, once you do, make your decision off that stance =] I hope this was constructive and im sorry for writing so much but i was just trying to help you see both sides =] thank you for your time!

God Bless =]

Posts like "whats good??" and "wheres a good place to eat??" that are irrelevant to the site should be in Off Topic anyway, which isn't the issue.

The problem arises when people put things like "looks good, or X2" etc in the main beginner sections simply to raise their post count so they can get into the classifieds.

That is one of the ways we TRY to keep our members safe by removing potential scammers.
Not to mention that the beginner forum moves quickly enough without people bumping old posts and not adding anything worthwhile to the topic.

I do see both sides, and All moderators evaluate their decision on a ONE by ONE basis.
No 2 decisions will be the same when it comes to dealing with an issue.

To the top left, you'll see the option saying "control panel". Click that. On the menu to the left, you'll see "edit signature". You can edit your signature just like you're making a post. Be sure to stay within the size limitations... no more than 800 pixels wide and 400 pixels high total (that includes any images you add, plus any text, icons, etc...)

Really? I still thought we were at 500w x 300h max?
I'll update the rules if that's the case.

I said 500x300 in the rules, knowing people would go over. 800 is the maximum width I'll tolerate.

You know, like telling someone to be somewhere 15 minutes earlier than you actually need them to be there, knowing that they'll probably be late.

Bandwidth. It is far too expensive to have the site send emails to everyone when they get a reply. Use your usercp link (found in the shortcut bar at the top left). That will show you all of your newly updated subscribed threads.
